- Strong understanding of offshore foundation fabrication processes
- Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., ISO, DNV, EN) and certification processes
- Experience with fabrication monitoring, contractor coordination, and quality control procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- German language skills are an asset
Aufgaben
- Support delivery and quality assurance of offshore wind foundation fabrication
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and project schedules
- Perform technical evaluations and support supplier selection and approval
- Monitor foundation supplier performance in collaboration with the Fabrication Manager and HSEQ team
- Participate in supplier audits
- Act as the subject matter expert for fabrication requirements
- Own Employer Requirements and support technical clarifications
- Contribute to contract negotiations
- Review and coordinate fabrication documentation
- Ensure alignment of drawings, WPS, QA/QC records, ITPs, TQs, NCRs, and as-built documentation with approved designs
- Support and participate in inspections and FATs
- Conduct pre-shipment checks and fabrication yard site visits
- Ensure compliance with welding, coating, certification, storage, and handling requirements
- Track fabrication progress and milestones
- Manage non-conformities and corrective actions
- Liaise with certification bodies
- Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement
