- Execute technical year-end payroll activities
- Maintain parameters, wage types, and schemas
- Manage cycles and simulation runs in SAP HCM
- Perform technical updates for the certification system
- Customize tax and social security reporting applications
- Develop and harmonize payroll process functionalities
- Support the implementation of new payroll systems
- Participate in specialized international payroll projects
