Anforderungen
- University degree in (Business) Informatics, IT Management, or comparable qualification
- Strong understanding of change, governance, and control models in regulated IT environment; DORA experience advantageous
- Proven experience in operational process ownership beyond coordination
- Routine collaboration with audit, compliance, risk, or control functions
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into pragmatic, operationally viable processes
- Strong communication skills, team mindset, and confident appearance
- Very good written and spoken German and English (at least B2)
- Experience automating and analysing ITSM processes and data using scripting, low/no code, or query languages (JQL, AQL)
Aufgaben
- Ensure controlled, traceable, and compliant ICT changes
- Monitor and control ICT Change Management process
- Review and assess normal, urgent, standard, and emergency changes
- Facilitate and follow up CAB and PIR meetings
- Maintain group-wide change plans, maintenance windows, and change calendars
- Collaborate with IT Operations, IT Products, business units, and Risk, Compliance, and ICS functions
- Support internal and external audits with structured documentation
- Create and analyze KPIs and management reports
- Enhance KPIs and management transparency using Jira and Power BI
- Develop and improve tooling and automation in IT Service Management
- Use tools like Jira, GitHub, and ServiceNow for process support
