- Convert asset potential into digital tools and processes
- Drive operational improvements within the grid infrastructure
- Initiate and lead cross-functional implementation measures
- Track progress of strategic initiatives
- Set up and lead strategic projects
- Engage and align internal management and project leads
- Build consensus for organization-wide strategic initiatives
- Represent E.ON in industry associations and regulatory forums
