- Assist in creating focused search strategies
- Prepare business development and candidate assessment documents
- Contact prospective candidates to gauge interest
- Obtain referrals and collect market intelligence
- Assist in conducting in-depth candidate interviews
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle
- Keep Consultants updated on candidate progress
- Develop productive relationships with stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative team environment
- Act as a culture carrier within the firm
- Demonstrate self-awareness and empathy in the workplace
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of Search information
- Prepare status and client-ready reports for presentations
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics
- Persist through challenges and stay motivated
