Aufgaben
- Lead global privacy strategy and compliance framework development
- Advise senior executives on privacy risks and regulatory developments
- Establish and maintain global privacy governance frameworks
- Design and implement technology-enabled privacy systems
- Recruit and manage a high-performing global privacy team
- Provide regular updates on privacy program performance and risks
- Enhance global privacy program alignment with international laws
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, UK GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA, and other regulations
- Oversee Data Privacy Impact Assessments and cross-border data transfers
- Monitor and report on privacy metrics and program effectiveness
- Lead privacy for clinical trial-related activities
- Ensure compliant handling of sensitive clinical and health data
- Advise on data-driven commercialization processes and controls
- Embed privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default principles
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, IT Security, R&D, HR, and Commercial teams
- Support global initiatives involving sensitive data
- Address employee and internal data privacy matters
- Lead global privacy incident response and breach management
- Oversee privacy-related investigations and regulatory inquiries
- Identify and mitigate global privacy risks
- Serve as key contact for global data protection authorities
- Support regulatory inquiries, audits, and inspections
- Oversee privacy due diligence for third-party vendors
- Maintain privacy-related standards and templates
- Review and negotiate privacy terms in contracts
- Develop and deliver global privacy training programs
- Promote a culture of privacy, ethics, and accountability
