- Strong leadership and prioritization of competing needs
- Strong experience leading change management
- Solid oral, written communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic or international)
Aufgaben
- Define and own AI platform architecture for agentic AI and process automation.
- Make architectural decisions balancing leverage, reliability, security, cost, and speed.
- Drive convergence across AI systems to enable reuse.
- Support custom-built capabilities and external AI platforms.
- Review and approve AI solution architectures.
- Establish architectural guardrails for speed and maintainability.
- Guide redesign of processes and data flows for AI and automation.
- Partner with teams to translate automation goals into architecture.
- Identify architectural risks early.
- Lead resolution of complex, cross-team technical issues.
- Evolve the platform with changing AI models and tools.
- Enable teams to adopt new AI tools, skills, and patterns.
- Provide technical leadership and influence.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive AI service strategy.
- Innovate and implement new methods and tools.
- Manage and modernize AI services.
- Plan and analyze budgets carefully.
- Negotiate supplier costs.
- Perform resource planning.
- Manage relationships with AI vendors and service providers.
- Participate in contract negotiations and vendor selection.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and trends.
- Recommend and implement beneficial AI innovations.
- Ensure AI services comply with regulations and standards.
