- Proven success supporting executives in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion
- Excellent communication skills (English and German fluency required)
- Additional languages advantageous
- Familiarity with luxury service standards
- Swiss passport, EU passport, or current Swiss work permit
Aufgaben
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to General Manager and Executive Committee
- Manage executive calendars, correspondence, travel arrangements, and confidential documentation
- Greet guests and manage arrival and departure protocols with warmth and precision
- Coordinate executive briefings, presentations, and departmental communications
- Handle guest correspondence, special requests, and follow-up communications
- Support event planning for executive functions, dinners, and owner meetings
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure data privacy compliance
- Liaise between executives, guests, and departments for seamless communication
