- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- German language skills (nice-to-have)
Aufgaben
- Provide real-time support for order routing
- Resolve execution issues across trading platforms
- Manage trade flow for equity, fixed income, structured products, and crypto
- Troubleshoot technical problems in EMS/OMS systems
- Analyse FIX messages and trace order paths
- Identify root-cause issues
- Collaborate with traders and technology teams
- Maintain stable trading connectivity with external vendors
- Support basic scripting and programming tasks
- Automate routing processes
- Implement checks and analyse logs
