Anforderungen

• •At least four years of experience in event or marketing role

• •Excellent MS Office skills
• •Full German driver's license
• •Fluent in written and spoken English and good understanding of German
• •Experience with CRM and digital marketing platforms
• •Tertiary marketing qualification or equivalent preferred

Aufgaben

• •Support the marketing and event manager in developing innovative marketing and event solutions
• •Plan, organize, and execute various aspects of events from concept to delivery
• •Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers for efficient event operations
• •Manage and maintain event budgets, negotiating contracts and fees with vendors
• •Create social media and email campaigns to enhance event exposure
• •Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials
• •Update products for the Isar Online Shop as needed
• •Stay informed on industry trends and provide relevant recommendations
• •Coordinate post-event evaluations and suggest improvements for future events
• •Maintain and leverage the internal customer database to streamline processes
• •Assist the Chief Commercial Officer with specific client and event tasks
