Aufgaben
- Develop conceptual budgets and quantify construction documentation
- Provide accurate pricing from early design to final construction
- Prepare cost estimates, bid proposals, and financial analyses
- Identify opportunities for Value Engineering alternatives
- Ensure technical accuracy in Mechanical and Plumbing systems
- Review technical design documents and MEP scope interfaces
- Lead communications with subcontractors to align expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and consultants
- Integrate MEP estimates into overall project costs
- Assess risks regarding cost fluctuations and lead times
- Lead trade partner tendering and procurement efforts
- Negotiate commercial contract terms and select competitive offers
- Prepare comprehensive bid and tender packages
- Coordinate with design teams to capture project intent
