- Fluency in English

Aufgaben
- Lead global implementation of the osapiens ESG platform
- Onboard users and implement processes across 30 group companies
- Ensure EUDR compliance and supply chain traceability
- Translate regulatory requirements into system specifications
- Develop standardized workflows for sustainability reporting
- Act as the interface between business users and technical support
- Test and adapt new system releases to company requirements
- Maintain high-quality datasets in Excel and Power BI
- Enable reliable reporting through data safeguarding
- Monitor platform adoption and compliance progress
- Create clear management reports on system performance
- Scale the platform for additional sustainability initiatives
