Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business Informatics, Economics, or comparable qualification
- •At least 2 years Service Desk experience
- •Strong experience with MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central
- •Basic understanding of business processes
- •Ability to prioritize and manage tickets
- •Excellent verbal and written English skills
- •German language skills as a plus
- •Experience in agile environments

- •Serve as the escalation contact for in-house users
- •Collaborate with ERP specialists and IT teams
- •Triage incidents and prioritize support tickets
