- Drive the company toward full ISO compliance
- Ensure adherence to local, national, and EU regulations
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits
- Monitor and improve HSE performance metrics
- Provide continuous EHS training to employees
- Foster a proactive culture of safety
- Oversee EHS management across three distinct sites
- Manage the safe handling of hazardous materials
- Coordinate robust emergency response plans
- Investigate incidents to determine root causes
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Manage safety alerts and communicate recommendations
- Oversee proper hazardous waste disposal
- Support the Quality Management System development
- Ensure compliance with REACH and ROHS regulations
- Provide expert safety advice for project risk management
