As a Solutions Architect, you will analyze customer environments to implement innovative solutions, build strong relationships, and collaborate with teams to customize offerings that meet client needs and drive their success.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent degree and experience
• •At least 5 years in Enterprise Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Professional Services, or similar customer-facing strategic role
• •Proven track record of managing and growing multiple enterprise-level customers
• •Domain expertise and work experience in PCB design or subject matter expertise in functional areas
• •Strong hands-on experience with ECAD software, PLM integrations and workflow management
• •Ability to track and coordinate multiple efforts toward a common goal
• •Proposes solutions using technical knowledge and experience
• •Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •Build effective relationships with colleagues across Professional Services, Marketing, Sales, Support and R&D
• •Willingness to travel, including meeting customers onsite each month
• •Fluency in English; German is beneficial for roles in Europe

Aufgaben

• •Implement Altium Enterprise solutions by analyzing customer environments and challenges
• •Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through empathy and active listening
• •Maintain a deep understanding of Altium’s products and their applications in customer contexts
• •Identify and prioritize key business drivers with customers to provide technical expertise
• •Develop a Statement of Work (SOW) outlining key tasks and deliverables for proposed solutions
• •Collaborate with software engineers to create customized solutions for customer requirements
• •Work with R&D to address technical gaps impacting customers and Altium’s business
