- Experience in consulting, cloud transformation, or enterprise solution delivery
- Proven record of selling high-value, multi-year consulting engagements
- Ability to hunt and develop new enterprise accounts
- Experience with Atlassian tools desirable
- Expertise in transformation and organizational change

- Shape tailored service solutions
- Orchestrate internal consulting teams
- Maximize value and revenue growth
- Lead discovery and advisory discussions
- Develop service proposals with consultants
- Create and execute territory plans
- Pursue new business in strategic accounts
- Identify and qualify complex opportunities
- Design high-impact transformation programs
- Build long-term client relationships
- Lead complex sales scenarios
- Collaborate with C-suite and senior management
- Drive co-selling initiatives with partners
- Ensure client satisfaction and support
- Support and lead client presentations
- Submit accurate sales forecasts
- Maintain team reporting accuracy
- Contribute to strategic planning
- Monitor sales performance regularly
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards
- Stay informed on product knowledge
- Obtain and maintain certifications
- Collaborate for seamless service delivery
- Work with other Account Managers
