- ITIL Certification (e.g., Foundation, 4 Managing Professional)
- Experience translating business requirements to IT roadmaps/blueprints
- Expert knowledge of one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native solutions
- Strong solution architecture background, designing secure, resilient, scalable solutions
- Deep understanding of modern engineering principles (DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, microservices)
- Professional certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or TOGAF)
- Experience implementing IT governance and service management frameworks (ITIL)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Collaborate with leadership to translate business strategy.
- Develop comprehensive enterprise architecture and IT roadmaps.
- Define and manage the IT service portfolio.
- Align services for business outcomes, cost, and strategy.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards and principles.

- Lead design and implementation of cloud strategy.
