- 20+ years of relevant experience managing Enterprise Architects or technical teams
- Strategic vision connecting technical solutions to business value
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Navigating complex negotiations and presenting to C-level executives
- Enterprise architecture expertise
- Deep understanding of Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI
- Strong background in Data Architecture, system integrations, data operations, automation capabilities
- Proficiency in data-related languages (SQL, Python, etc.)
- Ability to discuss high-level architecture and hands-on demo environments
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions (Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity posture fundamentals
- Strong understanding of API ecosystems
- Strong understanding of legacy on-premise enterprise architectures
- MSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Spanish, French, German, or Italian
- Celonis Certifications
- Extensive leadership experience managing projects with OCPM and Case Centric Data Pipelines
- Industry standard certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP, ESB/ETL, TOGAF/Zachmann)
- Experience spanning at least two domains (e.g., Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR)
- Experience spanning at least two industries (e.g., Consumer Goods, Banking, Pharma, Aerospace)
Aufgaben
- Lead and empower a team of Enterprise Architects
- Support the sales organization in achieving revenue goals
- Present to customer C-level executives
- Translate strategic goals into actionable technical plans
- Foster partnerships with Sales, Value Engineering, Product Management, Data Ops, and Information Security teams
- Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects
- Define overall architecture, data, and cloud strategy for largest client accounts
- Act as an executive sponsor in pre-Sales and post-Sales phases
- Engage with customer Architecture and security teams
- Guide the team in designing architectures for enterprise modernization
- Leverage capability mapping and explore innovative solutions
- Serve as the leadership bridge between Celonis and client teams
- Ensure delivery of premier technical services
- Assess the IT landscape maturity of customer installed base
- Coach Celonis account teams and ecosystem partners
- Develop re-usable assets for projects
- Create customer-facing position papers and thought leadership presentations
