Anforderungen
- Extensive experience in strategic account management, IT/strategy consulting, or quota-carrying enterprise software sales
- Proven track record of selling complex solutions to large, global enterprise accounts
- Demonstrable strategic and conceptual thinking
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and cloud platforms
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Strong personal presence and professionalism
- Proven project management skills
- Fluency in both German and English
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics and/or IT
- Can-do attitude and proactive nature
- Inspirational leadership skills
- Direct experience selling into the Transport & Logistics vertical
- Proficiency in CRM and AI landscapes
- Formal training in value-selling methodologies

- Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans

- Craft tailored narratives and value propositions for customers
- Lead and motivate a cross-functional internal team
- Manage complex sales cycles from inception to closure
- Engage with IT leadership and Enterprise Architects on technology solutions
- Serve as a thought leader in the Transport & Logistics sector
- Consistently exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
