Aufgaben
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Explain technical issues clearly and friendly through chat communication
- Process email requests reliably and in a structured manner
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers after chat interactions
- Manage user verification, identity checks, and blue badge requests
- Handle reports of discrimination and bullying with sensitivity
- Identify and act on identity theft or fake accounts
- Assist users with reach, visibility, and shadow ban concerns
- Resolve questions regarding monetization, payouts, and related features
- Help users regain safe access to their accounts
- Maintain a safe digital environment for creators and verified profiles
