Aufgaben
- Guide team through architecture, implementation, and delivery
- Serve as primary Point of Contact for 8 core projects
- Ensure high-quality code delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Execute critical sales workflows
- Participate in daily stand-ups
- Conduct multi-stack code reviews
- Lead technical and product workshops
- Act as primary technical POC for B2B/GTM projects
- Manage daily communication with sales and campaign managers
- Identify and solve sales team pain points
- Integrate into weekly Scrum flow
- Lead Agile ceremonies
- Conduct Team 1:1s
- Participate in Weekly Sales calls
- Represent pod in Team Leads L10 Dev calls
- Lead AI agent workflow development and experimentation
- Blend new AI techniques into existing architecture
- Take ownership of daily operations
- Monitor system health
- Lead deliveries via data analysis and querying
