Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in engineering (preferably aviation) or Bachelor’s degree
- Strong regulatory knowledge of EASA and/or FAA standards
- PMP certification is a plus
- Proven leadership in managing complex engineering projects and multicultural teams
- Analytical and solution oriented, able to perform under pressure and resolve technical challenges
- Excellent communicator, engaging effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- French and/or German are a plus
Aufgaben
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Drive complex aerospace projects to success
- Ensure technical alignment and customer satisfaction
- Define project and program objectives and requirements
- Estimate engineering work scope
- Coordinate all engineering activities within the project
- Align with stakeholders, internal customers, and parallel projects
- Represent Engineering in the Project Core Team and to the customer
- Monitor and steer engineering costs, schedules, and deliverable quality
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities
- Cascade relevant information, requests, and updates from the customer and Project Core Team
