- Lead and grow a diverse engineering team
- Mentor and empower backend, fullstack, and ML/GenAI engineers
- Create an inclusive, high-trust team environment
- Drive development of customer-facing and platform capabilities
- Influence acquisition, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Develop personalisation and CRM systems
- Build data and AI-powered features
- Define and evolve system architecture
- Collaborate with Principal Engineers on technical direction
- Balance development speed and quality
- Enable ML and LLM-based system production
- Build and operate data pipelines
- Integrate and evaluate machine learning models
- Ensure system reliability and scalability
- Maintain cost-awareness in system development
