- Strong understanding of payment processing flows, authorization, capture, refunds, reconciliation
- Technical leadership experience with modern tech stack (ideally AWS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Golang, or other backend technologies)
- Excellence in people management, promoting inclusivity and psychological safety
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer/electrical engineering, business informatics, or equivalent work experience

- Define clear roles and career paths
- Provide regular development feedback
