Anforderungen

  • •Minimum of 10 years of overall experience
  • •Strong leadership skills in vision setting, fostering autonomy, mentoring, and collaboration

  • •Background in cloud-native environments, microservices, and event-driven architectures

  • •Analyze complex data to provide actionable recommendations for team tasks
  • •Convert complex problems into actionable tasks for the team
  • •Collaborate with Product Management and UX to uphold quality standards in a fast-paced environment
  • •Build the product and technology roadmap with peers and stakeholders
  • •Advocate for enhancements in product quality, security, and performance
  • •Guide the team in solving large-scale technical problems
  • •Ensure code meets internal standards for style and maintainability
  • •Own the delivery of complex features and improvements
  • •Mentor engineers to support their career and professional growth
  • •Foster a diverse and collaborative team culture where all ideas are valued
