- Aircraft configuration management
- Proven experience with engineering and configuration manager tools (e.g., ICC-CADB/ACP, ACC2, SAP/SUPREM, SAP/SAMM DACAS, Airbus Legacy tools like Moda, Taksy)
- Aircraft maintenance experience (plus)
- Calmness in stressful situations
- Transparent, structured, self-organized working style
- Very good organizational skills
- Willingness to learn continuously
- Customer-focus mindset
- Good team player, autonomous, proactive nature
- Good communication and negotiation skills, assertiveness, ability to convince and motivate
- Easy adaptation to different stakeholders

- English at negotiation level (verbal and written)
- German at negotiation level (verbal and written)
- Other languages are a plus

Aufgaben
- Gather inputs for MP preparation and execution
- Collect required inputs for MOD Closure
- Initiate MP-Dossier validation
- Coordinate MP-Dossier validation with stakeholders
- Monitor MP-Dossier delivery against targets
- Drive MP-Dossier validation process
- Perform quality checks on MP-Dossier
- Share expertise to enhance MP-Dossier quality
- Participate in process, method, and tool improvements
