Anforderungen
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience of working cross-culturally
- Degree qualified or similar level of qualification, valid apprenticeships are also acceptable
- Demonstrable track record in managing people and teams
- Experience of warehousing operations and inventory management
- Proficiency in SAP is essential
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System would be beneficial
- Be onsite in the warehouses (Kahl and Heusenstamm) several days per week
- Fluent in German and English
- Leadership and Management Skills

- Good communication skills – must be able to influence

- Analytical ability in problem solving

Aufgaben
- Ensure availability of parts throughout the network
- Manage demand planning and inventory functions
- Plan and coordinate stock taking as needed
- Define and report KPIs as required
- Oversee all elements of warehouse operations
- Facilitate customer operations through spare parts management
- Drive continual improvement and standardization of spare parts processes
- Collaborate with the Spare Parts team
- Act as the primary escalation point for the main warehouse in Germany
- Manage warehousing partners to meet KPIs and service levels
