- 7+ years of experience in export controls
- Experience managing export compliance across EU/EMEA jurisdictions
- Deep knowledge of EU export controls
- Experience with EU General Export Authorizations (GEAs)
- Experience with trade compliance systems (SAP GTS)
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills

Aufgaben
- Act as regional subject matter expert for export controls and sanctions compliance
- Monitor and interpret evolving export control and sanctions regulations
- Translate regulations into actionable business guidance
- Provide export classification for products, software, and technology
- Manage EU and national export licensing applications
- Use general authorizations and fulfill reporting obligations
- Ensure EMEA activities comply with export control and sanctions regulations
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks
- Lead and coordinate export-related audits by authorities
- Develop and improve export compliance processes and procedures
- Implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Design and deliver targeted export controls training
- Support the Trade Internal Assessment program
- Conduct site reviews and track corrective actions
- Validate remediation efforts
- Maintain export control records according to policies and legal requirements
- Advise business units and functional leadership on compliance
- Provide functional leadership to regional and site-level stakeholders
- Balance regulatory compliance with business needs in a complex environment
