Anforderungen
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or similar
- Advanced expertise with DeltaV
- Several years of industrial experience
- Project engineer experience in construction projects
- Project Management experience preferred
- Experience leading external resources
- Solid understanding of maintenance principles
- Knowledge of operational HSE and compliance
- Precise working methods and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong ability to handle stress
- Adaptability and flexibility
- High level of German
- Minimum conversational English
- Willingness to work in chemical production
Aufgaben
- Plan and execute investment projects for Electrical and Instrumentation installations
- Manage project cost, schedule, quality, and functionality
- Lead engineering capital projects under management direction
- Ensure timely implementation of new or improved assets
- Manage minor engineering capital projects
- Provide technical leadership for projects
- Oversee project design and construction
- Conduct electrical line tests
- Coordinate hardware and software engineering activities
- Provide technical and operational support during commissioning
- Estimate, execute, and track project costs and progress
- Coordinate internal and external project team resources
- Specify and monitor engineering standards for compliance
- Create assets that are fit for purpose
- Produce engineering definition packages
- Describe technical, process, and operational requirements
- Develop detailed designs to meet project success criteria
- Agree on project data requirements
- Provide accurate project documentation
- Liaise with Commissioning Manager on testing requirements
- Plan and manage teams for electrical line tests
- Evaluate existing equipment and infrastructure
- Develop cost, scope, and resource requirements for CAPEX projects
- Control and release installations
- Perform I/O checks and signal verification
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware malfunctions
- Close and document projects
- Hand over fully operational assets to the site
