- Advance department processes and scalability
- Document technical work and manage tasks
- Plan projects and supervise timelines
- Manage requirements for specific system components
- Execute full development cycles
- Perform board bring-up and validation testing
- Share electronics design expertise with the team
- Establish new engineering best practices
- Maintain deep knowledge of hardware solutions
- Participate actively in the feedback culture
