- Experience in sampling new injection molding tools, initial production runs, and documentation
- Understanding of quality standards, safety and environmental regulations, and 5S
- Organizational skills, technical problem-solving, and team spirit
- Good German skills (spoken and written)
- ERP knowledge (SAP)
Aufgaben
- Operate process equipment and machinery
- Convert raw materials into components
- Follow agreed workflows and ABB standard processes
- Adhere to safety guidelines
- Report deviations from workflows
- Operate machines per operating manual
- Follow work plans and production orders
- Perform routine machine setups
- Adjust and repair machines
- Replace simple wear parts
- Conduct standard maintenance of equipment
- Set up and program tools
- Troubleshoot and report malfunctions
- Maintain records of setups and repairs
- Monitor and document good parts
- Track and record scrap parts
- Document finished products
