Valuing national and international real estate assets using RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA standards, including property inspections. Completed degree in geography, architecture, or real estate management, plus very good German skills required. Flexible working hours, Germany-wide property inspections.

Anforderungen

  • Interest in real estate industry
  • Successfully completed degree in geography, architecture, business administration/real estate management, or comparable qualification
  • Enthusiasm for Excel, affinity for numbers and financial mathematics
  • Very good written and spoken German, desirable English knowledge
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and structured
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Aufgaben

  • Prepare market and location analyses.
  • Collaborate on valuing national and international real estate assets.
  • Apply national and international valuation standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, ImmoWertV & BelWertV).
  • Participate in organizing and implementing Germany-wide property inspections.
  • Process results from property inspections.
  • Maintain information databases.
  • Support preparing pitch presentations and offers.
  • Support preparing valuation reports in German and English.
  • Communicate regularly with team colleagues and across departments.
  • Support acquiring new orders.
  • Exchange regularly with customers.

Ausbildung

  • Bachelor-Abschluss

Sprachen

  • Deutsch – verhandlungssicher
  • Englisch – Grundkenntnisse
