Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or equivalent experience
- •4+ years’ experience in Manufacturing Operations
- •Ability to build collaborative relationships
- •SAP competency (S4 Hana)
- •Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- •Fluent / Advanced English skills (spoken/written)
- •Effective verbal and written communication
- •Demonstrated project management
- •Ability to work cross-functionally

- •Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations performance
- •Identify risks and opportunities, and mitigate issues
- •Review volumes and absorption to support decision-making
- •Align with CMs on capacity and supply constraints
- •Oversee procurement, production, logistics, and distribution processes
- •Contribute to operations optimization through efficient practices
- •Identify cost-reduction and avoidance opportunities
- •Maintain accurate information in the 'My EEM' system
- •Generate Purchase Orders in the Ariba system
- •Lead and facilitate IPTs and JPTs meetings
- •Prepare agendas and present key metrics for meetings
- •Guide discussions towards productive outcomes
- •Define and track updates on account plans
- •Analyze metrics for JPT and IPT meetings
- •Lead ad hoc meetings to assess production planning and capacity reviews
- •Manage change control processes and evaluate impacts
- •Investigate deviations and implement corrective actions
- •Develop strong relationships with ICOS and supply affiliates
- •Escalate and resolve stock-out situations effectively
- •Support CM agreement negotiations and facilitate communication
- •Secure and manage data-sharing documents with external teams
- •Coordinate discussions on supply chain issues with CMs
- •Conduct periodic risk assessments for CMs
- •Support regular inventory evaluations at Elanco and CM warehouses
- •Analyze slow-moving reports to minimize inventory obsolescence
- •Monitor losses and mitigate write-offs of materials and products
- •Coordinate projects and material changes for alignment
- •Manage bridging stock activities for tech transfers
- •Plan and schedule relabeling and rework activities
- •Participate in process validation and launches
- •Secure PCAP approvals for label and regulatory changes
- •Contribute to rationalization efforts as defined by 'Blue tasks'
- •Manage workflows within the 'Blue System' for timely approval
- •Communicate new label due dates to CMs
- •Manage print-at-risk activities within the PPM framework
