- Team player, persistent, and results-oriented
- Ability to manage change and adapt to new systems
- Eagerness and capability to improve service and logistics processes
- Dangerous Goods handling experience or certification
- May include up to 10% travel
- Legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship
Aufgaben
- Manage SAP S4 interfaces between the 3PL and Solventum
- Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies with the 3PL
- Execute monthly SOX reporting and internal inventory audits
- Serve as a superuser for the Solventum SAP S4 system
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and training for users
- Support and optimize inbound and outbound distribution logistics
- Manage internal and 3PL distribution and transportation of finished goods
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and customer service teams
- Ensure 3PL efforts align with organizational goals and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day 3PL activities
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment
