- Ensure data accuracy and resolve issues
- Execute eCommerce go-to-market operations
- Feature the right products at the right time
- Monitor Menswear business performance daily, weekly, and monthly
- Drive customer experience and maximize product views/conversion
- Manage merchandising and sequencing with attention to technical details, color, and metrics
- Support stock management activities, including publication and out-of-stock removals
- Execute site updates across PLP, PDP, and SEO initiatives with third parties and cross-functional teams
- Analyze customer behavior, search trends, and site performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Provide regular feedback to buying, planning, performance media, and marketing partners
- Contribute to website enhancements and CRO initiatives
- Partner closely with Product Owners, Developers, and UX teams
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and commercial performance
- Make data-driven recommendations
