Anforderungen

  • •Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or comparable background
  • •PhD with 4 years experience or Master with 10 years experience
  • •Track-record of advanced technical/scientific achievements
  • •Desirable experience with R&D to Operations process transfers
  • •Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • •Understanding of Global CMC drug development
  • •Strong project management and long-term planning skills
  • •Experience in cGMP-regulated environments
  • •Knowledge of international regulatory and quality standards
  • •Strong leadership and people management skills
  • •Experience working in matrix organisations

Aufgaben

  • •Lead and represent the Drug Product team for late-stage or commercial products
  • •Drive technical transfers to commercial manufacturing sites
  • •Provide technical leadership for exception and change management
  • •Represent manufacturing, CCS, and formulation aspects within the CMC team
  • •Develop and execute global initiatives for biologics development and commercial strategies
  • •Review and approve GMP-compliant and regulatory documents for market submissions
  • •Communicate project strategies, risks, and key issues to management and stakeholders
  • •Present complex technical topics to development teams and functional management
