- •BA in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar
- •10+ years of professional experience in retail industry
- •Management of divisions or large regions of stores
- •Proven ability to build and develop a successful team
- •Excellent leadership skills

- •Strong analytical and strategic mindset
- •Excellent communication skills

- •Demonstrate strong leadership while managing remotely
- •Conduct bi-monthly visits with each RSM for coaching
- •Ensure team management and operational excellence
- •Identify trends and best practices through observations
- •Build strong relationships within the sales network
- •Report performance drivers and trends to the Sales Director
- •Support the Sales Director in executing strategic initiatives
- •Identify revenue growth and cost efficiency opportunities
- •Set divisional strategy, sales budget, and goals
- •Foster an environment for team skill development
- •Monitor financials, resources, and outcomes
- •Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks
- •Drive consistent customer experience across all elements
