- Monitor global inventory KPIs
- Support inventory optimization initiatives
- Ensure accurate financial reporting transparency
- Monitor and control R&D spend
- Provide financial steering to Head of R&D
- Support R&D planning and forecasting
- Manage financial aspects of projects
- Ensure projects meet financial targets
- Focus on project controlling
- Develop modern controlling tools
- Work with BI/IT to build standard dashboards
- Automate recurring reporting
- Improve data quality and transparency
- Standardize controlling processes
- Define templates and documentation standards
- Streamline end-to-end workflows
- Ensure governance and compliance
- Develop standardized controlling systems
- Enhance management processes and tools
- Manage ad hoc analyses
- Prepare concise management presentations
- Support stakeholder requests
