Aufgaben
- Oversee BeOne's Quality Risk Management (QRM) framework
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ICH Q9)
- Train others on quality risk management
- Facilitate quality risk assessments for investigations and change control
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) during Health Authority Inspections
- Advance knowledge management processes using best practices (e.g., ICH Q10)
- Apply Data Integrity principles to product data and process knowledge
- Enable rapid access to product data and process knowledge
- Collaborate to build processes assuring Data Integrity
- Drive behaviors assuring Data Integrity within compliance controls
- Partner with stakeholders for implementation of Product Data Quality standards
- Plan and guide interactive risk sessions using formal and informal methods
- Ensure risk-based decisions are well prepared and documented
- Meet relevant regulatory agency and industry requirements (FDA, EMA, ISO, WHO)
- Prepare for and support inspections and audits
- Identify opportunities to improve data-related processes, systems, and tools
- Ensure meeting of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Track incident trends
- Provide regular reports
