Anforderungen
- Solid experience in setting up and managing Commercial Operations
- Strong Project Management acumen with proven experience
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to influence without authority up to leadership levels
- Deep knowledge of CSL organization (people and processes)
- University Degree in Science, Business Administration or related field
- Advanced degree or project management certification (plus)
- 10+ years progressive experience in international biotech/pharma industry
- Focus on commercial operations or leading cross-functional projects
- Experience in a matrixed, global environment
- Direct leadership experience (plus)
Aufgaben
- Build and run PPP Centre of Excellence operating engine
- Partner with Director, PPP Engagements for external government engagement
- Own and improve toolkit for evaluating government partnership opportunities
- Liaise with FBP to synchronize eNPV, P&L, and LRP models
- Maintain PPP Stage Gate methodology and approval governance
- Identify and build new tools for CoE efficiency and sustainability
- Run PPP governance operating rhythm
- Align PPP calendar with enterprise cycles
- Propose governance evolution and internal stakeholder engagement
- Identify and support stakeholder engagement needs
- Maintain dynamic, qualified opportunity pipeline
- Define and operationalize handoff from opportunity to execution
- Ensure PPP data is captured and maintained in enterprise systems
- Design and run PPP metrics and pipeline health dashboards
- Build and curate internal PPP document repository
- Collaborate with Competitive Intelligence team for market insights
- Run lessons-learned loop on won/lost opportunities
- Map internal and external stakeholders and events
- Establish yearly plan for external engagements
- Cultivate cross-functional network
- Build internal awareness of PPP service-offering
- Equip local market teams with playbooks and enablement
