- Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish) is a plus

- Define strategic direction and roadmap for Integrations.
- Align integration strategies with business goals.
- Drive automation and innovation in integrations.
- Oversee technical integration projects.
- Onboard new carriers.
- Create data-driven solutions for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
- Ensure seamless integrations.
- Drive process improvements.
- Facilitate effective team communication.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Engage C-level executives.
- Drive integration initiatives.
- Identify process improvements in product management.
- Optimize Jira usage and reporting systems.
- Improve overall delivery processes.
- Enable effective team scaling.
- Lead and mentor integration experts, product managers, engineers.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Deliver integration projects in Europe, LATAM, SEA.
- Develop carrier onboarding strategies for new regions.
- Ensure scalability and drive business growth.
