- Proven track record of building and scaling partnership programs
- Proven track record of driving measurable revenue through partners
- Experience in partner acquisition and negotiation
- Experience in partner growth and monetization
- Experience in international or multi-region partnerships
- Strong commercial mindset, thinks in pipeline and revenue
- Strategic thinker, understands partnerships in GTM
- Strong operator, can build structure, process, and programs
- Excellent communicator and negotiator
- Based in Europe
- Experience in European and/or US markets
- Experience in early-stage and scaling environments
- Familiarity with SaaS partner ecosystems
Aufgaben
- Define and execute global partnerships strategy
- Build partnerships into a revenue channel
- Define target partner types and revenue targets
- Define market-specific partnership strategies
- Measure partnerships by pipeline and revenue
- Identify and prioritize high-impact strategic partners
- Source, negotiate, and structure partner agreements
- Onboard new strategic partners
- Focus on high-performing partners with monetization potential
- Drive ongoing performance and growth of existing partners
- Ensure partners actively generate pipeline
- Enable partners to sell effectively
- Integrate partners into GTM motion
- Build structured partner growth programs
- Develop joint GTM initiatives and co-marketing campaigns
- Implement account mapping and co-selling
- Track and review partner performance
- Leverage partnerships for market expansion
- Enter new geographic markets via partners
- Accelerate market penetration in strategic regions
- Identify partners with strong local presence
- Build region-specific partner strategies
- Collaborate with Demand Gen on co-marketing campaigns
- Activate partner-driven pipeline
- Support regional GTM initiatives with Demand Gen
- Align with Sales for co-selling
- Support strategic deals with Sales
- Integrate partners into account strategies with Sales
- Define and build partner onboarding processes
- Develop partner enablement materials
- Create incentive structures for partners
- Establish partner tiers and programs
- Ensure partners understand value proposition
- Motivate partners to prioritize our solution
- Define and track partner pipeline generated
- Track revenue contribution from partners
- Monitor partner activation rates
- Measure time-to-first-deal
- Ensure visibility into partner-sourced revenue
- Build clear partner reporting and attribution
- Evaluate partners for scaling, fixing, or exiting
