- Implement the corporate solutions strategy alongside Corporate Sales Directors
- Drive operational excellence and profitability across all global hubs
- Govern standardized processes for sales, engineering, and service
- Coach direct reports into trusted business advisors for Managing Directors
- Ensure project execution aligns with corporate standards and fulfillment processes
- Nurture trust-based relationships with Managing Directors and functional leaders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance strategy and project delivery
- Identify strategic project opportunities to accelerate global business growth
