Anforderungen

• •Master’s degree in Process Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• •15+ years of industry experience
• •10 years in senior leadership
• •Track record in international sales, business development, and project management
• •Capabilities in business strategy and operational management
• •Driving impactful change across global environments
• •Deep understanding of solution business models
• •Knowledge of Endress+Hauser portfolio (advantageous)
• •Leadership of diverse teams and trust-building
• •Cultural navigation and conflict resolution skills
• •Sales-driven, customer-focused mindset and resilience
• •Humility and results-oriented decision making
• •Fluency in English
• •Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce

Aufgaben

• •Lead and develop the global Solution Business Center across four regional hubs
• •Implement the corporate solutions strategy alongside Corporate Sales Directors
• •Drive operational excellence and profitability across all global hubs
• •Govern standardized processes for sales, engineering, and service
• •Coach direct reports into trusted business advisors for Managing Directors
• •Ensure project execution aligns with corporate standards and fulfillment processes
• •Nurture trust-based relationships with Managing Directors and functional leaders
• •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance strategy and project delivery
• •Identify strategic project opportunities to accelerate global business growth
