- Shipped at least one complex multi-disciplinary hardware system through prototype to deployment/production
- Knowledge of fast-cycle hardware test campaigns and qualification gates
- Desire to "keep hands dirty" and remain technically engaged
- Exceptional soft skills and communication abilities
- High-bar for excellence and ability to elevate others
