Aufgaben
- Architect a data-driven customer lifecycle engine
- Maximize long-term retention and engagement globally
- Map all user journey entry points
- Design logic across diverse user flows
- Ensure scalable CRM decisions
- Build an automated engagement system
- Leverage behavioral triggers and predictive logic
- Implement multi-channel sequencing (Email, Push, SMS, In-App)
- Partner with Data and Engineering
- Define CRM data schema
- Ensure real-time event tracking
- Scale global retention KPIs (Day-30, Day-90)
- Deploy structured testing frameworks
- Generate real signal from experiments
- Collaborate with Senior PMs and Head of UA
- Bridge acquisition and long-term monetization
- Ensure a unified user experience
