- Provide clear direction and foster accountability
- Govern domain portfolio prioritization and delivery methods
- Manage large-scale projects through full lifecycles
- Handle project setup, estimation, and planning
- Execute requirements engineering and testing
- Develop handover processes with Operations teams
- Ensure operational readiness for new initiatives
- Contribute to domain strategy and business imperatives
- Identify and initiate process and method enhancements
- Drive continuous improvement of project standards
- Own internal and external project budgets
- Ensure financial discipline and transparency
