- 7-10 years experience in communications, strategy, analysis, governance, or transformation programs, ideally international corporate environment
- Proven experience in communications strategies, functional steering, prioritization models
- Strong expertise in KPI development, performance measurement, data-driven reporting, decision support
- Solid background in governance, process management, standards, structures, quality frameworks
- Extensive project/program management experience, cross-functional/change initiatives
- Experience in capability building, training, talent programs, organizational development
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, senior leadership experience
- Strong expertise in communication strategy, multichannel orchestration, data analytics, organizational development, continuous improvement
Aufgaben
- Lead annual and mid-year communications strategy.
- Develop KPIs for communications processes.
- Measure communications performance.
- Perform data-driven analysis for communications.
- Ensure communications align with corporate priorities.
- Align communications with the transformation agenda.
- Match communications to overarching business objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and implement global governance guidelines.
- Establish and manage functional standards and processes.
- Create and uphold quality frameworks.
- Coordinate key communications formats.
- Manage governance structures, including leadership meetings.
- Organize strategy reviews and cross-functional workshops.
- Identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement continuous optimization measures.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects.
- Manage projects in communications and transformation.
- Build and advance capability and talent programs.
- Develop training and traineeship programs.
- Create skill-building initiatives.
- Derive development actions.
- Collaborate with partners to evolve global Communications.
