- Serve as a scientific thought partner to the Head of Global Medical Excellence
- Translate medical strategy into aligned Medical Excellence priorities
- Connect and integrate scientific themes, data narratives, and strategic objectives
- Support consistency and quality of scientific messaging and execution
- Act as a key liaison between Global Medical Excellence and regional/local teams
- Facilitate bidirectional communication to inform initiatives
- Support alignment of global frameworks with European execution realities
- Support agenda setting, scientific framing, and follow-up for forums
- Help identify priorities, risks, and opportunities across initiatives
- Prepare scientific briefings, strategic summaries, and leadership materials
- Partner with Medical Governance to support scientific rigor and quality
- Contribute to the evolution of Medical Excellence ways of working
- Identify opportunities to enhance integration and reduce silos
- Support digital transformation initiatives within Medical Affairs
- Implement and optimize medical systems, databases, and reporting tools
- Identify and deploy technology solutions to enhance efficiency
- Ensure seamless integration of digital tools to support functions
- Collaborate closely with Global Medical Strategy and related teams
- Engage with Clinical Development, HEOR, Patient Advocacy, and Commercial
- Serve as a connector across teams to foster a culture of collaboration
