- Extensive experience in global pharma/healthcare roles
- Track record in global launches and P&L ownership
- Strategic, analytical, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills and high integrity
Aufgaben
- Lead global brands within the intensive care therapeutic area
- Drive long-term value creation across the brand lifecycle
- Develop global brand strategies and lifecycle plans
- Manage brand performance and P&L accountability
- Lead cross-functional Global Brand Teams
- Forecast brand performance and market trends
- Define and allocate global marketing resources
- Guide regional and local teams on execution
- Lead global launches and line extensions
- Manage lifecycle management initiatives
- Shape global marketing strategy and the 4Ps mix
- Provide tools for the global marketing mix
- Partner with Market Access and R&D on evidence generation
- Collaborate with Business Development on growth opportunities
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders
- Ensure timely performance reporting
- Maintain compliance with internal and external requirements
