Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Extensive experience in fitting software or hearing system development, including application delivery, integration, and lifecycle management
- Proven leadership experience delivering complex software solutions within multi-release, regulated product development environments
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, international software engineering teams across multi-site and multi-brand organizations
- Strong expertise in software delivery governance, release planning, dependency management, software lifecycle management, and technical debt management
- Strong systems thinking with ability to navigate complex, multi-domain environments and balance quality, risk, scalability, and business priorities
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to build trust and alignment
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of medical device regulations and software validation frameworks
- Experience leading organizational transformation or working with data-informed product development and analytics platforms
- Proficiency in German would be an advantage

- Lead end-to-end delivery of fitting software applications
- Drive integration and evolution of fitting software solutions
- Translate product priorities into executable delivery plans
- Manage dependencies, timelines, and delivery risks
- Ensure successful software integration and verification
- Collaborate with System Integration, Platform & Component Software, Audiological, Development, and Verification teams
- Partner with Marketing, Brand teams, and business stakeholders
- Champion delivery governance and quality standards
- Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
- Lead and develop high-performing global engineering teams
- Foster technical excellence and organizational capability
- Develop future leaders
